External Talent Acquisition/Recruitment Specialist

Your primary goal is to generate / produce hires even with limited resources, Must be resourceful & willing to source applicants from Facebook - our leading source of hires every month.

Immediate Hiring, Due to high volume of applicants, kindly check your email regularly for the schedule of Orientation & Partnership Agreement Signing and then GTKY (Getting To Know You) / Onboarding, usually on separate days.

Requirements

• Permanent Work From Home
• Must have their own laptop & internet connection
• No necessary experience needed / open to all who are willing to be part of the recruitment team
• Under graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Must be passionate with recruitment / sourcing of applicants

Compensation

• Commission Based Only / Independent Contractor
• Php 3,500 per Successful Hire
• No Base Pay, but if you're good at producing Hires we can absorb you as an Official Employee with Base Pay, Benefits, Allowances, Leave Credits etc. while working at the comfort of your home
