Responsibilities

• Troubleshooting and 2nd/3rd-level support for complex M365, MS Teams, and Collaboration scenarios
• Consulting our customers on best practices in Teams and Collaboration (SharePoint Online and OneDrive)
• Active participation in migration and lifecycle projects
• Planning, implementation, and operation of Microsoft Teams environments with a focus on meetings, chat, and collaboration
• Setup and optimization of Teams collaboration functions and governance policies
• Implementation of security and compliance requirements for Teams and communication services
• Automation of processes and configurations using PowerShell

Profile

• Completed vocational training with a focus on IT (ideally IT specialist for system integration) or comparable qualification and at least 5 years of professional experience
• Desired certifications: MS-900, MS-700 or MS-102
• Profound knowledge in Microsoft Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, and Microsoft 365
• Experience with collaboration concepts and governance
• Experience with security concepts (ideally CIS)
• Initial experience with Power Platform
• Good knowledge of PowerShell and automation
• Analytical thinking, structured way of working, and enjoyment of customer projects
• Very good German language skills (min. C1) in speaking and writing
