We are looking for our client, a globally active technology group, for an experienced functional project manager (m/f/d). The project involves the end-to-end implementation of an SAP Time Management solution (Zeitwirtschaft/Workforce Time) in seven countries within the EMEA region.

A special focus is on the coordination of software development and integration into the existing SAP landscape.

Project Description

• Project Governance & Management: Overall responsibility for planning, monitoring, and delivery, as well as establishing governance structures and milestone management.
• Stakeholder & Vendor Management: Central point of contact for clients and stakeholders, coordination of external providers, and international escalation management.
• Software Development & Delivery: Coordination between functional requirements, development, testing, and deployment, ensuring release readiness.
• International Rollout: Management of country-specific adaptations based on a Global Template, supporting change management and go-live activities.
• Deliverable Creation: Development of project mandates, project plans, status reports, risk analyses, and final reports.

Skills

• Professional Experience: Senior Project Manager with proven experience in complex, international client projects in the EMEA region.
• Technical Background: Sound experience in software development projects and coordination of development teams.
• SAP Knowledge: Experience in the SAP environment, primarily SAP HCM, is required!
• Soft Skills: Excellent stakeholder and leadership skills, as well as a structured, results-oriented work style.
• Languages: Fluent English is mandatory; German language skills are an advantage.
• Optional: P&O / HR experience is desirable but not mandatory.
