About Our Client

Responsibilities

Our client is looking for a dedicated finance professional to take on the following tasks:

  • Preparation and review of monthly, quarterly, and annual reports of the group companies (IFRS standard) as well as the consolidated financial statements
  • Management of the group-wide budgeting and medium-term planning process
  • Maintenance and expansion of the internal control system; conducting internal audits in the branches
  • Controlling tasks as well as ad-hoc analyses for the headquarters and group-wide
  • Supervision of local accounting firms and support of external auditing companies and regulatory reviews at all companies
  • Preparation and monitoring of commercial and tax documents and transactions, as well as preparation of transfer pricing documentation
  • Deputizing for the Head of Finance, e.g., for the monthly closing and general accounting tasks of the Swiss headquarters
  • Preparation and minutes of board meetings

Qualifications

What you bring:

  • A completed business administration degree with a focus on controlling/accounting or a commercial apprenticeship with further training in the finance area
  • Professional experience in controlling, accounting, or auditing, preferably in an international company
  • Strong analytical skills and a structured way of working, as well as a high degree of discretion
  • Very good German and English skills, both written and spoken, are a prerequisite; any other language is an advantage
