What your main tasks are

• Specialist support in the area of pension provision
• Support in the further development of the organization, processes, and ensuring/monitoring data quality
• Creation of test scenarios, accompanying tests, creation, updating, and maintenance of technical and process-related documentation
• Analysis, optimization, and further development of business processes in the area of pension provision
• Contribution of specialist knowledge to projects and initiatives as a business analyst and pension provision professional.
• Processing of occupational pension cases for beneficiaries
• Advising on BVK's benefits through all communication channels
• Ensuring specialist knowledge within the pension provision department

What you bring

• Commercial apprenticeship or higher education
• Further training in occupational pension provision or several years of professional experience in occupational pension provision
• Excellent skills in data and requirements analysis and process management
• High degree of personal responsibility, pronounced reliability, and team spirit
• Several years of professional experience in customer advisory services and/or in business analysis in occupational pension provision
• High customer and quality orientation as well as independent, precise, and efficient working style
• Experience in document design and management
