Facilities Engineer - Manufacturing Engineering Services

Required Skills

• Strong project‑management skills, including planning, organizing, and managing projects using established methods
• Practical and structured approach to problem‑solving, with the ability to analyze issues and identify effective solutions
• Experience with safety standards in a production environment and the ability to identify risks and implement protective measures
• Confident in building positive working relationships with colleagues, suppliers, and other stakeholders
• Good decision‑making skills, with the ability to assess situations clearly and act responsibly
• High accuracy and attention to detail, especially under time pressure
• Very good German skills and good English skills

Responsibilities

• Carry out daily maintenance tasks and support general infrastructure within the production environment
• Perform or assist with routine repairs, maintenance work, and small construction or modification projects
• Manage spare parts and tools to ensure everything needed for facility‑related work is available and well organized
• Serve as the first point of contact for any building‑technology issues or disruptions
• Work closely with Manufacturing Engineers, production teams, and other departments to support operational goals
• Coordinate with internal teams and external service providers to ensure smooth execution of facility‑related projects and tasks
