About Us

What You'll Do

• You will independently coordinate real estate and rental space management and handle all related processes.
• You will plan, design, and coordinate technical projects in the areas of building services and electrical and automation engineering for laboratory, production, and testing environments.
• You will oversee maintenance, upkeep, and renovation measures within the managed properties.
• You will independently receive fault reports for the site and ensure their structured processing.
• You will manage the services required for building operations, organize their implementation, and procure the necessary operating resources.
• You will coordinate general tasks at the site and handle them independently.
• You will monitor subcontractor performance in the existing portfolio, award corresponding contracts, manage execution, and review billing.

What We're Looking For

• You have a completed degree in architecture, civil engineering, technical building equipment, building services engineering, or a comparable qualification.
• You have several years of experience in the management of new construction and renovation projects in building construction.
• You have sound practical experience in building management and apply it confidently in an operational environment.
• You have experience in coordinating and managing external service providers and use them purposefully.
• You possess sound knowledge of construction law and apply it confidently in your daily work.
• You have knowledge in the areas of building services engineering, electrical and automation engineering, and fire protection.
• You are familiar with and confidently use CAD and CAFM systems.
