About the role
Job Summary • The Facility Manager oversees the maintenance and efficient operation of all facilities, ensuring minimal downtime in production and safe working conditions. Key Responsibilities • Supervise facility officers and technicians • Plan and implement routine maintenance for machines and equipment • Monitor workshop utilities power, water, tools • Ensure quick resolution of equipment faults • Manage relationships with maintenance vendors • Ensure compliance with safety standards • Track and report maintenance activities and costs. Requirements • HND / BSc Degree in Engineering or Facility Management • 4 - 5 years experience in facility or maintenance roles • Experience in a production/workshop environment.
