Technical Factory Manager

Our client in the Agricultural sector (Tea industry) is looking for a Technical Factory Manager to join their team in Citrusdal, Western Cape.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Diploma or qualification in Engineering, Technical Management or any relative field
• Prior experience in a production or technical management role, especially within a packaging environment would be beneficial
• Knowledge of relevant quality systems and accreditations
• Good mechanical understanding and skills for the basic service and maintenance of facilities, machinery and implements
• Experience with implementation and monitoring of the packing plan of tea will be advantages
• Staff management
• An understanding of technical principles and the ability to solve problems quickly to maintain the flow of production
• Fluent in Afrikaans and English
