About Your Day
Your day begins with a customer reporting a problem with their FACTS system (Statcom, Syncon, etc.). You then create and send a quote for a technician deployment. After acceptance of the quote, you organize the deployment of an expert on-site. After the analysis, you offer the customer a suitable spare part. Later in the day, you organize the next Jour Fixe for an upgrade project of an older system and discuss further details with the engineering team.
How You Can Make a Difference
- Point of contact (w/m/d) for FACTS systems (Statcom, Syncon, etc.) in After Sales
- Creation of quotes and processing of corresponding orders
- Coordination and management of activities for fault notifications
- Support during the warranty period for FACTS projects
- Coordination on open project points with previous project execution, subcontractors, and the region
- Execution of SAP orders and logistical processing for goods deliveries
What You Bring
- University degree in Electrical Engineering; alternatively, technical training and further education with relevant additional qualifications
- Initial professional experience in the field of FACTS (Flexible Alternating Current Transmission Systems)
- Knowledge in project management, SAP order and dispatch processing, and MS Office
- Very good German and English skills, both written and spoken
- Customer orientation and cost awareness, communication skills, and teamwork skills
