Fashion Production Manager

Role Description

The Production Manager is responsible for overseeing the complete garment production process at Deluxè Clothiers, ensuring that all bespoke pieces are delivered on time, within quality standards, and in a cost-efficient manner.

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Lagos for a Fashion Production Manager. This role also includes responsibility for sourcing and procurement of fabrics and production materials, requiring a balance between craftsmanship, operational efficiency, and resource management. Daily responsibilities include managing production schedules, coordinating teams, monitoring quality control, optimizing processes, and liaising between design, procurement, and production teams. The Fashion Production Manager will also ensure compliance with health and safety standards, and drive sustainable production practices.

• Oversee the full production lifecycle from order confirmation to delivery, ensuring timeliness and efficiency.
• Translate design briefs and client specifications into structured production workflows.
• Plan and manage production schedules to meet deadlines consistently.
• Supervise tailors and production staff to maintain productivity and craftsmanship standards.
• Ensure strict quality control across all stages of garment production.
• Monitor work-in-progress and resolve bottlenecks proactively.
• Source and procure fabrics, trims, and materials aligned with brand quality standards.
• Manage supplier relationships and negotiate cost-effective purchasing terms.
• Track inventory and material usage to minimize waste and prevent shortages.
• Maintain organized production systems, documentation, and reporting.
