Responsibilities

We are seeking a dedicated full‑time Fasi / SiGeKo / EHS Engineer to join our team in Düsseldorf. In this on‑site role, you will be responsible for ensuring workplace safety, conducting risk assessments, implementing EHS management systems, and delivering safety training. You will collaborate with cross‑functional teams to oversee compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations. Additional tasks include site coordination, accident investigations, and preparing technical documentation to ensure projects achieve the highest safety standards.

Requirements

• Proven knowledge in Occupational Health and Industrial Safety
• Experience in Safety Training and Accident Investigation
• Strong understanding of Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) regulations and practices
• Ability to implement and maintain HSE systems and conduct risk assessments
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Occupational Health, or a related field
• Professional certifications such as SiGeKo or similar are highly desirable
• Excellent communication skills and proficiency in German; English skills are a plus
• Ability to work independently on‑site and as part of a multidisciplinary team
• Previous experience in industries such as construction, automotive, energy, or logistics is beneficial
