Access is a healthcare recruitment agency based in Dublin. We are hiring outbound sales professionals from any industry to join us as Recruitment Consultants, supporting our continued growth across Ireland and international markets.

In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing healthcare professionals and placing them into shifts with our clients. You will manage the full recruitment cycle, combining candidate outreach, pipeline management, and client coordination in a fast-paced, KPI-driven environment.

This is a sales-driven role. The core of the job is activity, consistency, and performance. You will be working to targets, managing a high-volume pipeline, and booking healthcare professionals into shifts with clients.

What we look for

• 1–5 years’ experience in outbound sales (industry agnostic)
• A proven track record of working to KPIs, targets, or commission-based structures
• Strong communication skills and resilience in a high-activity environment
• EU/UK citizenship or Stamp 4 visa (we don’t provide sponsorship)

Compensation

• Base salary plus uncapped commission
• Average total compensation for current team: Year 1 – €45K+ | Year 2 – €75K+
• Due to the unlimited commission structure, top performers are naturally billing much more than these figures
