Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute comprehensive product strategies and roadmaps for FMCG products, aligning with company objectives and market opportunities. Define product requirements, features, and specifications based on market intelligence and customer feedback. Collaborate closely with R&D, marketing, sales, supply chain, and manufacturing teams throughout the product lifecycle. Manage existing product portfolios, optimizing performance, identifying areas for improvement, and driving growth. Develop pricing strategies and promotional plans in collaboration with the marketing and sales departments. Monitor product performance, sales data, and market feedback, making data-driven decisions for product adjustments. Ensure products comply with all regulatory requirements, quality standards, and safety regulations. Prepare business cases and present product strategies and performance updates to senior management. Foster strong cross-functional collaboration and communication to ensure alignment and efficient execution. Stay abreast of innovations and best practices in FMCG product management and marketing. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or a related field. An MBA or Master's degree is a strong asset. Minimum of 6 years of experience in product management, with a significant focus on the Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) sector. Proven track record of successfully launching and managing consumer products from concept to market. Strong understanding of FMCG market dynamics, consumer behavior, and retail landscapes. Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills. Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex projects. Proficiency in market research methodologies and data analysis tools. Experience with product lifecycle management and stage-gate processes. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote work environment. Passion for consumer products and understanding of brand building.
