Female HR Officer in Lagos

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced HR Officer to join our thriving ready-to-wear fashion brand.

In this role, you will be instrumental in managing the entire employee lifecycle. This includes spearheading recruitment efforts, ensuring smooth onboarding processes, overseeing accurate payroll administration, and upholding company policies. You will serve as a vital link between management and staff, adeptly handling employee relations, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and contributing to performance management and staff development initiatives.

This is a full-time, on-site position with working hours from Tuesday to Saturday, 9:00 AM to 6:30 PM. Candidates residing in or around the Lekki area and its environs are strongly encouraged
