Your Role
Key responsibilities in your new role
- Contribute to the development of modern electronic systems and their implementation in the innovative automotive market, serving as the technical Go-to-person in EMEA
- Support go-to-market activities by providing solutions, reference designs, Software, and tools for customers' applications, working with the European Field Application Engineering Team
- Collaborate with customer development teams to discuss innovative application approaches and drive optimized new products and technologies with the development department and concept engineering teams
- Provide technical expert-level customer support on application level for digital products like Microcontrollers, Ethernet Switches/Bridges, Memories, and Power Supply products, including Software and tools
- Prepare and execute customer presentations and application training courses to ensure a comprehensive understanding of system solutions and their applications
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize customer needs and develop targeted solutions to address them
- Drive business growth by providing technical leadership and expertise to key automotive customers and identifying new opportunities for system solutions and applications in the EMEA region
Your Profile
Qualifications and skills to help you succeed
- A degree in Electrical Engineering, Physics or similar fields.
- At least 4 years of professional experience as an Application Engineer or Development Engineer for automotive applications.
- Knowledge of Microcontroller, Ethernet Switches & Bridges, and Memory products, with experience in EE-Architectures and In-Vehicle Network applications being beneficial.
- Experience with the analysis of issues in electronic circuits, including familiarity with Oscilloscopes, Debugger, Trace tools, and Logic analyzer.
- Proficient C-programming skills, with the ability to develop and implement effective software solutions.
- Very good communication skills, with a strong drive, proactive and autonomous behavior.
- Fluent English Skills
