What You Will Be Doing

• Creating design wins at our customers in alignment with EMEA supplier and technology strategy to maximize profitable business.
• Partnering with the sales team on pre-and post-sales activities, providing technical support and consulting to drive demand creation.
• Collaborating with Field Application Engineers and Territory Managers to define core customers and review account technical strategies.
• Taking local ownership of assigned suppliers and technologies.
• Building and maintaining relationships with key customers, suppliers, sales, and marketing teams.
• Promoting the benefits of our organization to customers and suppliers.
• Preparing and participating in supplier reviews actively.
• Driving demand creation by maximizing our content in designs.

Who Are We Looking For?

• Master's Degree in Electronic/Electric Engineering.
• 5+ years of experience as a Field Application Engineer, Design Engineer, R&D Engineer, or Product Engineer.
• Strong technical and commercial education.
• Understanding of the electronics market in the region.
• Excellent communication skills with a customer-focused orientation.
• Experience in technical presentations and conducting training events is preferred.
• Proficiency in English at a minimum B2 level.
