We’re seeking a Field Solutions Engineer to design and deliver scalable solutions for enterprise clients, blending engineering expertise with consultative architecture thinking.

Responsibilities

What You’ll Do

• Solution Build‑Outs (Core Focus): Design and implement workflows, connectors, and APIs (REST/GraphQL) that scale.
• Software Engineering (60%): Develop robust solutions using Python or Java, leveraging AI agents for code generation while reviewing and owning the final code.
• Solutions Architecture (30%):
  • Assess gaps and define outcomes for client projects.
  • Map system architecture, draw specifications, and design scalable workflows.
  • Apply traditional solution architecture principles to ensure reliability and performance.
• Client Engagement (10%): Lead technical workshops, communicate recommendations clearly, and maintain a consultative approach throughout delivery.
• Data Expertise: Manage data pipelines and apply strong knowledge of data principles, including data warehousing and data lakes.
• Continuous Improvement: Feed deployment learnings into product roadmap and documentation.

Qualifications

• Experience: 5–10 years in software engineering and solution architecture for B2B platforms (data/AI/automation preferred).
• Technical Skills:
  • Proficiency in Python or Java.
  • Strong understanding of data principles (warehousing and data lakes).
  • Familiarity with APIs, event‑driven patterns, and secure configuration management.
• Consulting Mindset: Ability to assess gaps, define outcomes, and recommend changes for evolving projects.
• Architecture Thinking: Skilled at drawing system designs and workflows that scale.
• Soft Skills: Excellent communication, client‑facing confidence, and ability to thrive in high‑stakes delivery environments.
• Nice‑to‑Have: Exposure to AI agents, LLM/RAG pipelines, and MLOps.
