Your Role

Ready to become the technical pivot for large-scale industrial projects? We are looking for our future Field Engineer to join a major player in the high-tech industry. This position is a key opportunity for a profile who wishes to combine analytical expertise and operational presence. You will be responsible for resolving technical issues in the field and ensuring the fluidity of logistical flows.

Your Missions:

Expertise and Management

• Field Technical Support: You intervene directly to resolve technical difficulties and clear uncertainties encountered during service delivery.
• Engineering and Methods: You carry out support activities for studies, industrialization, and configuration management for complex programs.
• Performance Management: You monitor activity via Excel dashboards (macros) and rigorous KPI management.
• Demand Management: You master customer forecasts and actively participate in planning reviews (SOP process).
• Digital Interface: You navigate customer portals and ensure data updates in the ERP (MFG Pro type).

Qualifications:

Education

• Engineering degree (or technical Master's degree), you have a solid understanding of Supply Chain processes (Sales Administration, Planning, Purchasing).

Technical Proficiency

• You are recognized for your expertise in Excel and your ability to quickly adapt to new integrated management tools.

Soft Skills

• Autonomy, rigor, and proactivity in reporting blocking points are essential for success in this cross-functional environment.

Clearance

• Given the nature of the projects, specific clearance is mandatory for this position.
