Role

As part of the development of our activities in the Transport Industry sector in the Limoges region, we are looking for a field leader to manage the industrialization of an innovative ground connection system (electric motorization, independent wheels, suspensions, ...).

Responsibilities

• Industrialization Management: Coordinate the series production phases of critical mechanical components (suspensions, braking, mechanical reduction).
• Field Expertise: Monitor the design of tooling, the production of initial parts, and validate First Article Inspections (FAI) directly on the shop floor.
• Work Package Management: Manage the entire scope, including production, planning, procurement, logistics, methods, and supplier relations.
• Process Optimization: Lead manufacturing processes, Process FMEAs, and control plans.
• SQCD Guarantee: Ensure compliance with Safety, Quality, Cost, and Deadline objectives across the entire industrial flow.

Profile

You have:

• Education: Master's degree (Bac +5) in Mechanical / Industrial Engineering.
• Experience: Minimum 5 years in a demanding production environment.
• Technical Expertise: Excellent knowledge of general mechanics and blueprint reading.
• Tools: Mandatory proficiency in SAP and Team Center.
• Soft Skills: Complete autonomy, on-site decision-making ability, and proactivity.
