We are expanding our team to accelerate the development of AI applications.
Responsibilities
Event Planning and Execution
- Support the execution of global conferences and events, helping coordinate timelines, agendas, sponsorship activations, and on‑site or virtual operations.
- Support event sponsorship programs by tracking assets, deliverables, and engagement opportunities across events and digital placements.
- Support Scale‑hosted event logistics, including executive dinners, happy hours, and customer events.
- Coordinate/support Scale’s virtual event program (webinars, fireside chats).
- Maintain organized event plans, trackers, checklists, and internal documentation to ensure smooth execution and strong visibility across teams.
- Partner with Product Marketing and design to help coordinate collateral, signage, digital assets, and other event materials.
- Manage deliverables and track progress to ensure projects are delivered on time.
- Assist with core operational tasks including invoicing, expense tracking, and budget monitoring.
Marketing Collaboration & Reporting
- Collaborate cross‑functionally with GTM, product marketing, communications, growth marketing, brand, and EPD teams to consistently articulate and share Scale AI’s vision and value proposition.
- Track event performance and provide detailed recaps, analytics, and recommendations for future optimization.
Travel
- Willingness to travel up to 40 % as required for event execution.
Requirements
- 3 + years of experience in event marketing and marketing campaign management, preferably within the technology sector.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong vendor management skills.
- Previous experience managing third‑party relationships and contracts.
- Attention to detail and a proactive approach to troubleshooting.
- Collaborative and positive attitude, with the ability to work across teams, including executive leadership.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for interacting with executives and their teams.
- Must be punctual, professional, reliable, highly detail‑oriented, self‑motivated, and results‑driven.
Nice to Haves
- Experience with CMS and other sales/marketing platforms (SFDC, HubSpot, Outreach, virtual event platforms, etc.).
- Previous experience at a high‑growth startup or technology company (AI is a plus).

Salary Range
- San Francisco / New York: $92,000 — $115,000 USD (full‑time, base salary).
