About the Role
AJE360/ Aje Invoicer is seeking a Field Marketing Executive to drive demand generation and direct engagement with SMEs, startups, and business communities.
This role focuses on offline marketing, networking, and event-driven lead generation to expand awareness and adoption of our products.
You will represent AJE360 in industry events, startup communities, and business ecosystems, generating high-quality leads and partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Generation & Field Activation: Organize and attend events, webinars, trade shows, startup meetups, and coworking hub activations.
- Product Demonstrations: Present AJE360 products to potential users in live settings.
- Strategic Networking: Build relationships with founders, business communities, and industry influencers who can drive referrals.
- Partnership Support: Collaborate with the partnerships team to co-host events leveraging partner audiences.
- Demand Generation: Create consistent top-of-funnel pipeline opportunities for the sales team.
Success Metrics (KPIs)
- Generate at least 50 qualified leads monthly
- Achieve 20% event-to-signup conversion rate
- Generate ₦10 million in field-driven sales value per quarter
