Role Overview

Join Cornerstone as a proactive and organized Field Marketing Manager to drive impactful marketing programs while covering a maternity leave. You will play a vital role in executing integrated marketing initiatives that target our Mid-Market and Enterprise Expansion segments, focusing on measurable pipeline growth.

What You'll Do

  • Campaign & Demand Generation Execution: Support the rollout of multi-channel campaigns that align with vertical marketing strategies. Collaborate with sales, marketing, and business development teams to stimulate pipeline growth while managing campaign timelines, calendars, and deliverables.
  • Event & Program Management: Oversee logistics for both in‑person and virtual events, including vendor coordination, guest registrations, and hands‑on event execution. Manage event budgets, track expenses, and report on event outcomes.
  • Operations & Reporting: Monitor program performance and assist in evaluating campaign impacts on pipeline growth. Process purchase orders, contracts, invoices, and manage vendor onboarding to facilitate smoother operations.
  • Cross‑Functional Collaboration: Work closely with field Marketing Managers, sales teams, corporate marketing, finance, operations, and external agencies to ensure alignment across initiatives.

What We're Looking For

  • 2‑4+ years of experience in marketing, field marketing, event management, or demand generation support.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to balance multiple projects effectively.
  • Experience collaborating on integrated marketing campaigns.
