Birdeye is looking for a Field Marketing & Events Manager (this is an individual contributor role) to help drive pipeline through high‑impact, in‑person events across key U.S. markets. This role will work closely with Sales to plan and execute owned field events—from concept execution to ROI tracking—while also supporting larger regional and national field marketing programs as needed.
This is a hands‑on, execution‑heavy role for someone who thrives in fast‑paced environments, enjoys building events from the ground up, and understands how field marketing connects directly to revenue. The role reports to the Director of Field Marketing.

Responsibilities
- Own field events end‑to‑end, from developing the event concept and managing budgets, vendors, and logistics, to aligning with Sales, executing on‑site, and tracking post‑event ROI and pipeline impact.
- Partner closely with Sales to plan and execute owned events across multiple U.S. cities.
- Manage all event logistics including venues, vendors, catering, AV, signage, shipping, and on‑site execution.
- Coordinate with internal teams including RevOps, Design, Product Marketing, and Customer Marketing to ensure alignment and strong execution.
- Track and report on event performance, including registrations, attendance, meetings, pipeline influenced, and revenue impact.
- Maintain organized event trackers, timelines, and post‑event recaps.
- Support additional field marketing programs as needed, including sponsored events, trade shows, partner events, and larger regional or national initiatives.
Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in field marketing, event marketing, or B2B marketing.
- Experience working closely with Sales teams and supporting pipeline goals.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Comfortable managing multiple events across different markets at once.
- Experience managing budgets and tracking ROI.
- Clear, professional communicator with strong attention to detail.
- Willingness to travel up to 10‑20% for events (typically 2‑3 times a month for 2 days each).
- Core working hours are 8:00 AM–5:00 PM CST (open to PST hours); flexibility for occasional evenings or weekends during event times.
