The Role – What You’ll Do
As Field Marketing Manager, you will own regional marketing execution and act as a key partner to Sales leadership, ensuring demand generation initiatives directly support pipeline creation and revenue growth.
Your main responsibilities will include:
• Developing and executing regional field marketing plans aligned with global strategy • Driving demand generation through events, account-based marketing (ABM), campaigns, and partner initiatives • Collaborating closely with Sales to support key accounts, territories, and pipeline acceleration • Planning and executing customer events, industry conferences, webinars, and executive roundtables • Managing regional marketing budgets and performance tracking • Localizing global campaigns to ensure relevance across regions and industries • Measuring campaign effectiveness and optimizing based on data and insights • Coordinating with Product Marketing, Digital Marketing, and Partners to ensure consistent messaging
About You – What You Bring
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field • 6+ years of experience in B2B field marketing, preferably in enterprise SaaS • Fluency in English, French, and German (verbal and written) is required • Strong experience partnering with enterprise Sales teams and supporting long sales cycles • Proven ability to manage complex, multi-channel campaigns • Analytical mindset with experience using CRM and marketing automation tools (Salesforce preferred) • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills • Self-starter with a hands-on, results-oriented approach
