Missions
We’re hiring an Enterprise Event Marketing Manager to own how n8n shows up at enterprise conferences and field events. You’ll set the strategy, manage the budget, and ensure every event we attend or sponsor translates into real brand presence and pipeline.
You’ll work closely with Sales, Partner, and Community teams to ensure we show up at the right events, with the right message, and follow through in a way that moves deals forward. This role reports into Demand Generation and is focused on growing our qualified pipeline for the Sales team.
In this role you will:
- Own the enterprise events calendar end to end, from selection and logistics to on-site execution and post-event follow-up
- Manage the events budget directly, making smart tradeoffs across owned activations, sponsorships, and field presence
- Partner with Sales, Partner and SDRs to align event strategy with pipeline priorities and target accounts
- Work with Demand Gen to build pre- and post-event programs that turn attendance into qualified pipeline
- Track and report on event performance, including brand impact, leads generated, and pipeline attribution
- Represent n8n at key industry conferences and build relationships with event organizers and partners
