Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement regional marketing strategies that align with our overall company objectives and cater to target audience needs.
- Campaign Execution: Plan, coordinate, and execute marketing campaigns, events, and promotions that foster lead generation and drive sales.
- Market Research: Conduct thorough market analysis to identify opportunities, assess the competitive landscape, and understand customer preferences, ensuring our strategies are data-driven.
- Collaboration: Work hand-in-hand with sales, product, and corporate marketing teams to align messaging and initiatives effectively.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor, analyze, and report on the success of marketing initiatives, making recommendations for strategic improvements.
- Local Partnerships: Cultivate and maintain relationships with local businesses, community organizations, and influencers to boost brand visibility and engagement.
- Content Creation: Collaborate with the marketing team to produce localized materials, including brochures, presentations, and social media content.
- Training and Support: Provide training and ongoing support to local sales teams regarding marketing initiatives and best practices.
- Sales: Assist with sales efforts, including direct selling and product demonstrations as needed.

Qualifications:
- 1-3 years of experience in marketing, events, sales, or customer-facing roles.
- Comfortable communicating with individuals and large groups.
- Exceptional organization and follow-up skills.
- Ability to juggle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to work occasional evenings and weekends for events.
- Ability to travel regionally in a company vehicle.
- Valid driver's license required.
Physical Requirements:
