We’re looking for a Field Marketing Manager who can hustle, strategize, and sell! All while helping homeowners transform their spaces and making a serious impact on our company’s growth.

What You’ll Be Doing:

This isn’t a desk job. You’ll be in the field, boots on the ground, driving leads and closing business:

• Knocking doors in targeted neighbourhoods
• Placing signs and flyers around high-opportunity job sites
• Identifying ideal homes and areas for painting projects
• Estimating and selling painting jobs directly to homeowners ( sales as growth opportunity )
• Assessing customer needs and scheduling qualified estimates appointments
• Coordinating and coaching other door-to-door marketers, build your own team!
• Collaborating with the Marketing Manager on strategy and execution
• Following up with past clients, referrals, and warm leads in your pipeline
• Building relationships with realtors, property managers, and home-service partners

Skills & Experience:

• Strong sales and customer service background
• Spreadsheet skills (Google Sheets or Excel)
• Social media fluency (you might help post wins + projects!)
• Experience generating your own leads
• Strong communication and follow-up habits

Role Highlights:

• Hourly + Commission: $20/hr base + $30 per estimate generated.On-target earnings of $35–50/hr with upside for top performers
