What You'll Do
- Campaign & Demand Generation Execution
- Support the execution of multi‑channel campaigns aligned with vertical marketing strategies.
- Work alongside sales, marketing, and business development teams to foster pipeline growth.
- Assist in managing timelines, calendars, and deliverables for campaigns.
- Event & Program Management
- Oversee logistics for both in‑person and virtual events, including vendor coordination and registration management.
- Manage event budgets, track expenses, and compile reports.
- Handle ordering, inventory, and shipment of event materials and promotional items.
- Support trade shows, executive events, webinars, and partner activations with on‑site execution.
- Ensure initiatives are deployed on time by maintaining timelines and processes.
- Operations & Reporting
- Monitor program performance and help analyze the impact of campaigns on pipeline growth.
- Process purchase orders, contracts, invoices, and vendor onboarding.
- Contribute to creating operational efficiencies across marketing programs.
- Cross‑Functional Collaboration
- Work extensively with: Field Marketing Managers, Sales & BDR Teams, Corporate Marketing (Brand, Digital, Content), Operations & Finance, External Vendors, and Agencies.
What We're Looking For
- 2‑4+ years of experience in marketing, field marketing, event marketing, or demand generation.
- Exceptional project management and organizational abilities to handle multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Experience with integrated or omnichannel marketing campaigns.
- Hands‑on experience in event execution, including logistics and vendor management.
- Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Marketo).
- Strong written communication skills, particularly in developing engaging emails.
- Detail‑oriented self‑starter capable of working independently.
- Ability to cultivate trust‑based relationships across diverse teams.
- A creative mindset willing to experiment with new strategies and optimize results.
