Role Description

We are seeking a full-time Field Marketing Representative to join our team on-site in Sterling, VA.

This role involves engaging directly with homeowners in local communities to introduce basic information about solar and set appointments for a more detailed consultation with our sales team.

Qualifications

• Comfortable talking to people or open to getting better at it
• Willing to work outdoors and be active during the day
• Shows up on time and follows through
• Open to learning and taking feedback
• Can work on your own and stay consistent
• Any customer service or people-facing experience is helpful, but not required
• Has reliable transportation to get to work
