Randstad in partnership with Snowflake are actively seeking a Marketing Specialist to join the "Contingent Snowforce Team," the Field Marketing Specialist will support Snowflake’s US Public Sector marketing team from the Tysons Corner, VA area. This role focuses on executing high-impact field events and demand generation campaigns designed to nurture leads, build pipeline, and expand brand awareness within government and public sector markets.
Responsibilities
- Event Execution: Research, plan, and manage end-to-end campaigns for in-person/virtual events and third-party conferences, including brand alignment, logistics, staffing, and promotional strategy.
- Campaign Management: Manage SFDC (Salesforce) tracking and operational processes to meet internal SLAs and performance targets.
- Analysis & ROI: Track and report on program pipeline and performance results; evaluate campaign impact to forecast future investments.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Sales, Product Marketing, Alliances, and ABM teams to ensure cohesive campaign delivery and branded swag fulfillment.
Ideal Candidate
- Experience: 1–3 years of B2G or B2B marketing experience; Public Sector experience is preferred.
- Project Management: Proven ability to manage multiple high-priority projects with extreme attention to detail and a "can-do" attitude.
- Communication: Strong interpersonal skills to motivate cross-functional teams and engage internal leadership.
- Logistics: Ability to work 40 hours per week and travel domestically up to 40%.
- Technical Prefs (Bonus): Familiarity with Salesforce, Tableau, Marketo, WordPress, Slack, and Google Apps.
