Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Field Recruiter based in Delhi, ON. The Field Recruiter will be responsible for identifying, sourcing, and interviewing potential candidates to meet workforce requirements, particularly for operational and blue-collar roles. They will manage the full recruitment life cycle, maintain relationships with hiring managers and job seekers, and assist in onboarding new recruits. Additionally, they will spearhead recruitment drives, establish partnerships with training institutes or placement agencies, and ensure that hiring practices align with organizational goals and local legal requirements.

Qualifications

  • Recruitment and talent sourcing skills, with a focus on blue-collar and operational workforce hiring
  • Proficiency in interview techniques and effective candidate evaluation processes
  • Strong relationship management and communication skills, with the ability to foster collaborations with training institutions or agencies
  • Organizational and time-management skills for handling multiple hiring projects simultaneously
  • Knowledge of relevant labor laws and recruitment compliance standards
  • Experience in a similar role, particularly in logistics or mobility sectors, would be a plus
  • Proficiency in regional languages spoken in Delhi is a valuable asset
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred
