Job Summary
As a Vendor / Field Recruiter, you will identify and onboard companies to subscribe to our employer portal plans. You will act as the primary link between employers (HR or hiring managers) and SabiRecruit, promoting our services and facilitating the recruitment of qualified candidates for clients. The role involves field outreach, remote follow-up, and maintaining relationships with employer-clients.
Key Responsibilities • Promote SabiRecruit’s employer portal and subscription plans to companies and organizations • Reach out to potential employer-clients (via phone, email, or field visits), explain our services and subscription options • Onboard companies: assist them through registration/ subscription to our platform • Link subscribing employers to qualified candidates via our system — coordinate candidate allocation or application flow • Meet weekly and monthly targets for employer sign-ups / subscriptions • Maintain accurate records of outreach efforts, client registrations, and follow-up interactions • Provide ongoing support for employer-clients: answer questions, troubleshoot basic issues, ensure satisfaction with service Requirements
Must-Have: • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to engage with company HR or hiring managers and present services professionally • Comfortable performing field outreach and remote client engagement • Self-motivated, target-driven, organized, and responsible • Basic smartphone/computer literacy for using online portals and communication tools Nice-to-Have (Not Mandatory): • Prior experience in sales, business development, or recruitment outreach • Familiarity with recruitment platforms or employer-client interactions • Basic understanding of Nigeria’s business/employment market Compensation • Base salary: ₦30,000 per month • Commission: 5% for each verified company (vendor/employer) that registers and subscribes to a plan through your efforts • Commissions paid after verification of employer subscription and confirmed purchase of a plan Work Environment • Hybrid work: field outreach (visiting companies) + remote follow-up and support • Flexible schedule depending on outreach and employer availability • Work under supervision of the recruitment/marketing team
