Field Sales Account Manager Ostschweiz

Als Field Sales Account Manager du verantwortlich für die Entwicklung und den Ausbau des Umsatzes in der Ostschweiz sowie in ausgewählten Regionen Österreichs und Liechtensteins. Du betreust und entwickelst dein Verkaufsgebiet eigenständig, baust nachhaltige Kundenbeziehungen auf und erschliesst aktiv neue Geschäftsmöglichkeiten über das gesamte BUCHI-Produktportfolio hinweg.

Diese Position ist eine stark eigenverantwortliche Aussendienstrolle für eine verkaufsorientierte Persönlichkeit, die gerne nah am Kunden arbeitet und messbare Ergebnisse erzielt.

What makes your everyday life exciting?

  • Responsibility for sales and target achievement in the assigned sales territory
  • Identification and development of new customer potentials as well as expansion of existing customer relationships
  • Support of a diverse customer portfolio, including the pharmaceutical, food, chemical, and cosmetics industries, quality control laboratories (QC), universities, and research institutes
  • Planning and execution of customer appointments, product demonstrations, and technical presentations
  • Management of the entire sales process from lead generation to closing
  • Building and maintaining an active sales pipeline through targeted acquisition and follow-up of leads
  • Close cooperation with Service Engineers, Product Management, and sales colleagues
  • Ensuring high customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships
  • Maintenance and updating of all activities in the CRM system (Salesforce)
  • Monitoring market and competitor developments and passing on relevant information internally

What do you bring?

  • Experience in field sales, account management, or business development, ideally in a technical or scientific environment
  • Strong sales competence and proven success in achieving targets
  • Very good communication and presentation skills
  • Independent, structured way of working and effective territory management
  • Customer-oriented mindset and ability to build long-term relationships
  • Fluent German, English at a good basic level
  • High willingness to travel within the region (including Western Austria and Liechtenstein)
  • Experience in laboratory technology, instrumentation, or related technical industries, or education in chemistry, food technology, life sciences, or comparable
