Field Sales Account Manager Western Switzerland

What makes your working day exciting?

  • Responsibility for sales and target achievement in the assigned sales territory
  • Identification and development of new customer potentials as well as expansion of existing customer relationships
  • Management of a diverse customer portfolio, including from the pharmaceutical, food, chemical and cosmetics industries, quality control laboratories (QC), universities and research institutes
  • Planning and conducting customer appointments, product demonstrations and technical presentations
  • Management of the entire sales process from lead generation to closing
  • Building and maintaining an active sales pipeline through targeted acquisition and follow-up of leads
  • Close collaboration with service engineers, product management and sales colleagues
  • Ensuring high customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships
  • Maintenance and updating of all activities in the CRM system (Salesforce)
  • Monitoring market and competitive developments and passing on relevant information internally

What do you bring?

  • Experience in field sales, account management or business development, ideally in a technical or scientific environment
  • Strong sales competence and proven success in achieving targets
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Independent, structured working style and effective territory management
  • Customer-oriented mindset and ability to build long-term relationships
  • Fluent in French and German
  • Willingness to travel extensively within the region
  • Experience in laboratory technology, instrumentation or related technical industries or education in chemistry, food technology, life sciences or comparable
