Field Sales Account Manager Westschweiz

Als Field Sales Account Manager sind Sie verantwortlich für das Umsatzwachstum in der Westschweiz. Sie betreuen und entwickeln Ihr Vertriebsgebiet, bauen starke Kundenbeziehungen auf und erschließen aktiv neue Geschäftsmöglichkeiten für das gesamte Produktportfolio von BUCHI.

Dies ist eine sehr selbstständige Außendienstposition für eine vertriebsorientierte Persönlichkeit, die gerne nah am Kunden arbeitet und messbare Ergebnisse erzielt.

What makes your everyday life exciting?

  • Responsibility for sales and target achievement in the assigned sales territory
  • Identification and development of new customer potential as well as expansion of existing customer relationships
  • Support of a diverse customer portfolio, including the pharmaceutical, food, chemical, and cosmetics industries, quality control laboratories (QC), universities, and research institutes
  • Planning and execution of customer appointments, product demonstrations, and technical presentations
  • Management of the entire sales process from lead generation to closing
  • Building and maintaining an active sales pipeline through targeted acquisition and follow-up of leads
  • Close cooperation with service engineers, product management, and sales colleagues
  • Ensuring high customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships
  • Maintenance and updating of all activities in the CRM system (Salesforce)
  • Monitoring market and competitor developments and passing on relevant information internally

What do you bring?

  • Experience in field sales, account management, or business development, ideally in a technical or scientific environment
  • Strong sales competence and proven success in achieving targets
  • Very good communication and presentation skills
  • Independent, structured way of working and effective territory management
  • Customer-oriented mindset and ability to build long-term relationships
  • Fluent German and French
  • High willingness to travel within the region (including Western Austria and Liechtenstein)
  • Experience in laboratory technology, instrumentation, or related technical industries, or education in chemistry, food technology, life sciences, or comparable
