Field Sales Consultant

Minimum Requirements

• Matric
• Sales & Marketing Diploma (advantageous)
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a sales environment
• Own reliable vehicle and valid driver’s licence
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Computer literacy
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, manage, and maintain an existing customer portfolio
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities
• Conduct customer needs analyses and surveys
• Plan and execute daily and monthly sales activities
• Achieve agreed monthly sales targets
• Negotiate pricing within approved parameters
• Re-sign and upgrade customer contracts
• Ensure effective follow-up on installations, withdrawals, and surveys
• Manage customer queries and provide after-sales support
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
• Prepare and submit accurate commission documentation
