About
A leading international FMCG business is looking for an experienced Field Sales Execution Manager to lead national field operations and drive execution excellence across retail channels.
This role is ideal for a commercially driven leader with strong FMCG sales, retail execution and third-party team management experience.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage third-party field sales teams nationally
- Develop field sales strategies, KPIs and in-store execution standards
- Drive retail execution and speed to market for new product launches and national activities
- Build strong relationships with key customer operational stakeholders
- Manage field sales incentives, budgets and third-party agreements
- Oversee returns procedures and customer credit trends
- Improve route-to-market execution across all channels, with strong focus on traditional trade
- Partner closely with supply chain and operations teams to improve service levels
Requirements
- Tertiary qualification with a commercial focus
- Minimum 7 years FMCG sales/retail experience
- Minimum 3 years management experience in field operations
- Strong business acumen and negotiation skills
- Proven ability to drive execution excellence and deliver results
- Excellent stakeholder management and leadership capability
