A leading international FMCG business is looking for an experienced Field Sales Execution Manager to lead national field operations and drive execution excellence across retail channels.

This role is ideal for a commercially driven leader with strong FMCG sales, retail execution and third-party team management experience.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage third-party field sales teams nationally
  • Develop field sales strategies, KPIs and in-store execution standards
  • Drive retail execution and speed to market for new product launches and national activities
  • Build strong relationships with key customer operational stakeholders
  • Manage field sales incentives, budgets and third-party agreements
  • Oversee returns procedures and customer credit trends
  • Improve route-to-market execution across all channels, with strong focus on traditional trade
  • Partner closely with supply chain and operations teams to improve service levels

Requirements

  • Tertiary qualification with a commercial focus
  • Minimum 7 years FMCG sales/retail experience
  • Minimum 3 years management experience in field operations
  • Strong business acumen and negotiation skills
  • Proven ability to drive execution excellence and deliver results
  • Excellent stakeholder management and leadership capability
