JENSEN Benelux combines holding activities for the region with sales responsibility for the Benelux region and has offices in Wetteren and Veenendaal. For our after-sales service in the Benelux, we are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Service Engineer.

Job Description

As a driven engineer, you are passionate about technology and automation. As a service engineer, you will visit our customers in the Benelux region almost daily. You will assist our technicians in connecting and commissioning newly sold installations. For existing installations, you will go on-site to resolve faults. You will be in constant contact with specialists from our factories abroad and have the ambition to specialize in our finishing technology.

From your drive as a specialist to be involved in every project in the Benelux, you are willing to occasionally stay in the Netherlands or Luxembourg for several days, and possibly work during a weekend or outside normal working hours.

We offer a lot of autonomy in this role and provide various internal training courses at our different factories as a basis.

Candidate Profile

• A Field Service Engineer has a bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in a technical field: electromechanics, electronics, automation.
• Experience as a service technician is a plus but not required.
• You are capable of working alone as well as in a group.
• You are able to make an accurate analysis of technical problems and have the ambition and attitude to develop yourself into a specialist.
• You understand customers; you communicate fluently as needed; you are flexible.
• Very good knowledge of Dutch, good knowledge of English (company language), and some knowledge of French are useful.
