Right now, we're looking for a Field Service Manager who thrives in a hands-on leadership role and is ready to help grow our team as we continue expanding along the East Coast. This role is perfect for someone with a strong track record of building and leading service teams-someone who's just as comfortable managing operations as they are working side-by-side with technicians to deliver top-tier service in the field.
What You Will Be Doing
- Recruit, train, and mentor new technicians to support the team's rapid growth and expanding service demands.
- Troubleshoot complex mechanical and electrical issues involving motors, pumps, controls, piping, and valves
- Oversee and assist with the installation and removal of new or serviced equipment as needed
- Coordinate after-hours and on-call service coverage, providing leadership during urgent response situations
What You Need for this Position
- 5-10 years of Field Service Managerial Experience
- BS in Electrical Engineering, Automation, Controls, or a similar field preferred
- Hands-on experience with electric motors - installation, service, and repair
- Familiar with Electric motors pumps, controls, piping, and valves
- Strong Leadership; can make an impact from the start
- Customer facing experience
- Frequent travel throughout the East Coast
