Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Field Services Engineer located in Seeland. The Field Services Engineer will be responsible for performing on-site troubleshooting and maintenance tasks, providing technical support to clients, and conducting preventive maintenance. Additionally, the role involves ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication and high-quality service delivery.

Qualifications

• Experience in Field Service operations and performing Preventive Maintenance
• Strong Troubleshooting and Technical Support skills
• Excellent Customer Service and communication abilities
• Ability to work independently and manage on-site tasks efficiently
• Technical certifications or training in IT, engineering, or a related field are a plus
• Willingness to travel locally for on-site client support
• Proficiency in relevant hardware and software systems is beneficial
