Role and Responsibilities:

  • Examine the main book of financial records and entries to verify accuracy and correct financial handling.
  • Gather, assess, and compile consolidated financial statements and summaries monthly, along with interpretive evaluations.
  • Oversee and assess monthly financial reports to ensure precision.
  • Attend monthly financial meetings with site managers to review financial results.
  • Assist with year-end closing procedures and prepare financial statements for both short- and long-term periods in compliance with U.S. GAAP regulations.
  • Develop documentation to support the annual audit process.
  • Offer advice on financial procedures to in-house finance staff.
  • Help with budgeting, providing financial progress reports, and contributing to long-term planning initiatives.
  • Organize monthly aggregated entries to prepare consolidated financial statements.
  • Create quarterly reports consolidating financial data.
  • Support the establishment and implementation of internal controls to ensure operational integrity.
  • Complete complex financial reports and independent analytical tasks with minimal guidance.
  • Assist departmental managers or directors with supervising administrative and financial staff when necessary.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Possession of a recognized Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, or a High School Diploma or GED with four additional years of relevant work experience.
  • Five years of relevant work history in accounting or finance roles, in addition to meeting educational requirements.
  • Proficiency in accounting, specifically in areas such as accounts payable and accounts receivable.
