Finance - Accountant I

Primary Responsibilities:

• Email communication to Customers
• Use defined programs in assisting customers with items they requested (ie invoices)
• Prepare statements for customers
• Make outgoing calls regard outstanding balances
• Professionally handle incoming phone calls
• Enter credits and adjusting transactions to maintain data accuracy

Qualifications:

• Education: High School Diploma
• 1-2 years collection/Accounts Receivable Experience
• 1+ year experience with MS Office (especially Excel) and email communication

A reasonable, good faith estimate of the $25/hr to $27/hr with Benefits for this position.
