About the role
Primary Responsibilities:
- Email communication to Customers
- Use defined programs in assisting customers with items they requested (ie invoices)
- Prepare statements for customers
- Make outgoing calls regard outstanding balances
- Professionally handle incoming phone calls
- Enter credits and adjusting transactions to maintain data accuracy
Qualifications:
- Education: High School Diploma
- 1-2 years collection/Accounts Receivable Experience
- 1+ year experience with MS Office (especially Excel) and email communication
A reasonable, good faith estimate of the $25/hr to $27/hr with Benefits for this position.
