Must Have Technical/Functional Skills:

  • Accounting knowledge of company and legal policies, procedures and regulations.
  • Experience with computer applications, such as Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint, and any other related accounting software.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Critical thinking and ability to work independently within a team.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Compile and keep financial records by classifying, recording and summarizing numerical and financial data using ledgers and journals.
  • Prepare, calculate and issue invoices, account statements, bills and other financial statements as applicable and as per the procedures established.
  • Using specialized accounting software maintain debit, credit and total accounts on computer spreadsheets and database.
