Finance Accounting Manager

Job Responsibilities

• Overseeing full-cycle accounting, including month-end close, reconciliations, and financial reporting
• Ensuring accuracy and compliance with financial policies and procedures
• Partnering with operations to support cost control and inventory management
• Supporting budgeting, forecasting, and continuous process improvements

• Strong experience in accounting within a manufacturing environment (food industry is a major asset)
• Proficiency in QuickBooks
• Proven leadership experience — you’re comfortable guiding a team and driving accountability
• A hands-on, detail-oriented approach with the ability to see the bigger financial picture
