DESCRIPTION

RESPONSIBILITIES

FINANCE: • Responsible for the “Procure-to-Pay process” on SAP • Monthly preparation of the company’s financial waterfall. • Prepare Monthly and Yearly Budget forecasting (CAPEX). • Weekly reconciliation of VCNL Capex Nigeria Actuals and Commitment. • Monthly RIA and IT Tracker reconciliation and submission. • Monthly LE submission on Anaplan • Audit financial transactions and documents • Monthly preparation of the company’s financial waterfall. • Analyzing and reclassifying the project expenses to ensure sustainability and management of the company’s funds and assets respectively. • Tracking payments to internal and external stakeholders. • Oversee and Reconcile Accounts payable and receivable functions • Monthly Follow-up with Labour broker to ensure all taxes (PAYE & PENSION) are remitted.

ADMIN • Monthly preparation of the People headcount • Ensure all company HR policies are applied consistently. • Confidentiality and security of sensitive financial information by completing database backups. • And every other administrative duty.

MINIMUM SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE NEEDED: • Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field. • Hands on Accounting tools; SAP, Anaplan, Ariba Supplier’s SAP, Aerchain and AGE. • Experience with Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) to present concepts, ideas, and results for team members and clients. • Strong written and oral communications skills. • Experience in analyzing, identifying, collecting, and documenting requirements. • Experience in coordinating activities to scope and schedule. • People management and administration skills
