Responsibilities: • Supporting investment research and analysis • Assisting in the development of the firm's investment strategy, • Contributing to the creation of internal processes and operational frameworks • Collaborating with the founding team to help shape the firm's culture and decision-making approach

Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Banking and Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field. • Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret and evaluate financial data. • Basic knowledge of financial statements (income statement, balance sheet, cash flow statement) and investment analysis concepts. • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (data analysis, spreadsheets, formulas) and other Microsoft Office Suite tools (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook). • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present financial insights clearly. • Highly self-motivated, proactive, and detail-oriented with the ability to work independently and within a team. • Comfortable working in a fast-paced start-up environment and adapting to changing priorities
