Your New Job

As a Finance Analyst, you will report directly to the CFO and take the lead in managing financial controls for a growing project portfolio. You’ll spend your time collaborating with cross-functional teams, supporting financial decision-making, and ensuring robust project reporting. This is a vital, hands-on position—where your insights will shape both short and long-term business outcomes.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

• Prepare, review, and maintain project budgets and cost plans
• Monitor financial performance, identify variances, and recommend corrective actions
• Support project cash flow forecasting, valuation processes, and final accounts
• Contribute to monthly reporting, including cost control, WIP, P&L, and margin analysis
• Engage with teams on contract terms, claims, and commercial reviews
• Ensure compliance with company policies and financial controls
• Deliver actionable financial insights to non-finance stakeholders

What Are We Looking For?

• Proven finance experience in construction, infrastructure, engineering, or project-based roles (2–6 years)
• Advanced Excel skills; familiarity with ERP systems (e.g. Business Central, SAP, Oracle)
• Experience working alongside Quantity Surveyors or on project finance reporting
• Part-qualified or qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or similar); or equivalent project/commercial finance exposure
• Analytical mindset, attention to detail, and strong communication skills

Pay

 55,000.00- 60,000.00 per year
