Finance Analyst

About the Role

Drive financial insights as a Finance Analyst specializing in manufacturing. Focus on plant costing, overhead allocation, and inventory performance to support operational efficiency.

As a key contributor, you’ll engage in compiling financial data to validate, analyze, and report on manufacturing costs. Your responsibilities will include investigating inventory discrepancies, preparing KPI dashboards, and supporting procurement planning efforts. Building collaborative relationships with plant stakeholders will be essential for driving performance and documenting financial impacts related to operational activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Support costing and variance analysis for manufacturing plants
• Gather data for overhead allocation assessments
• Assist in inventory reporting and exception investigations
• Maintain and update key performance indicator reports
• Contribute to procurement and analytics standardization

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related discipline
• 2–5 years of relevant experience in finance/analytics roles
• Strong proficiency in Excel; BI tools experience preferred
• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
• Organized with strong communication skills
