**JOB TITLE**:Finance Analyst - France

**LOCATION**:Paris, France

**PURPOSE: Responsible for supporting local finance, accounting and tax responsibilities and will perform multiple tasks from a variety of responsibilities.

The role will support both France and French West Indies markets.

**FUNCTIONS**:

- Processes payment of ground rent timely, based on requests from Accounts Payable and Asset Management - Responds to financial inquiries on ground rent and other general suppliers by gathering, analyzing, interpreting and reporting data, and overall manages vendors in conjunction with AP function. - Preparation of Customer Leasing Invoices on a Monthly Basis following interaction with Lease Administration department - Working with operations teams and customers to resolve billing queries for Structural Surveys and Works - Perform billing of Retro bill site installation - Ensure timely collection of Receivables - Preparation of Cashflow actuals and supports finance manager with cashflow forecasting - Works with accounting team in Florida and Dominican Republic with month-end tasks, and assisting finance manager with activities with external local accounting firm. - Contributes to departmental and company-wide objectives as required - Supports local growth activities by providing financial information and ad hoc reporting as necessary. - These job functions are representative of tasks accomplished by incumbents. **REQUIREMENTS**:

- High school degree - Minimum 3 years of experience in general accounting and administrative functions - Must have strong Excel skills as well as other MS Office suite products experience - Knowledge of Microsoft 365 or other ERP systems is a plus - French and ability to read and write in English - Motivation to learn and grow, strong analytical and communication skills - Experience operating in a multinational environment is a plus

**WORKING CONDITIONS AND PHYSICAL DEMANDS: Position will require standing, sitting, and walking daily in a standard office environment.
